The Baldwin Rose Family Veteran Housing facility is a 55‑unit affordable veterans housing project. Buildings on both sides of Baldwin Avenue near Rose Avenue, connect by an existing walking bridge. The development features 22 units for homeless veterans, 32 units for low‑income veterans with families and a managerial unit. Features include on‑site management, on‑site resident services, community garden, barbecue area, community centers, community room with kitchen, lounge area, computer center, on‑site laundry facility, and energy efficient design and appliances.
