The Residences on Main is a four‑story, 50‑unit 100% affordable supportive housing development set‑aside for homeless individuals and their families. Located at the southwest corner of 69th and Main streets, the low‑rise craftsman style structure consists of three floors of wood‑frame construction above a one‑story podium. The 50 units are a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three‑bedroom dwellings for chronically‑homeless, transition‑aged youth and families. Ancillary features within the project include community rooms, a toddler play space, a computer lab, a central courtyard, and a community garden.
