Bell Oasis Apartments is a new construction, 65‑unit supportive housing apartment complex for homeless adults. The project includes three buildings on an irregularly shaped site. Two of the buildings contain all of the apartments; each of these buildings is three stories, with stairs and an elevator. The third is a one‑story administrative and supportive services building. The project consist of 46,000 sf of wood frame new construction. The grounds include landscaping, surface parking and exterior fencing. The project includes a number of sustainability features, and has a LEED Silver certification.
