Vermont Manzanita is a 40‑unit project for very low and low income families with a total residential square footage of approximately 32,200 sf. The project contains one, two, and three‑bedroom apartments, as well as, extensive common amenities, including a community room with a kitchenette area, a homework room, a television lounge and computer work area. Other amenities include a manager’s office, two social services offices, a lobby and mailroom and laundry facilities on each floor. Exterior common features include two children’s play areas, and urban orchard, outdoor barbecue area, and tables and seating. Vermont Manzanita earned LEED Platinum.
