Developed in partnership with Affordable Living for the Aging (ALA), Rampart Mint provides permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals with disabilities who earn less than 30% of the area median income. Eleven units are for chronically homeless individuals, and ten units for homeless individuals with HIV/AIDS.
Amenities include a community room with a kitchenette, computer area, rooftop garden, a manager’s office, and a social services office. Rampart Mint also includes energy‑efficient appliances.
