Paul Williams Apartments include the ground‑up construction of a four‑story building and the adaptive reuse of the historic Angelus Funeral Home built to the historic preservation standards of the United States Department of Interior National Park Service. The project offers 34 newly constructed apartments and seven historic apartments with one, two and three bedrooms for individuals and families. Each unit comes with appliances, central A/C and heat; and a private balcony. The building also includes laundry rooms, community rooms, computer lab, and landscaped courtyard with fruit trees and gardening space, secure intercom entry and gated parking.
