Palo Verde Apartments is a three‑story, affordable apartment building. It is comprised of 45 units for the chronically homeless with mental disabilities, 15 affordable units for low‑income adults and one superintendent unit. The project provides 7,100 sf of open space, including a private internal courtyard. An at‑grade garage provides 45 parking spaces. Palo Verde received the Chairman’s Honorable Mention at the Annual Los Angeles Architectural Awards.
